Description: Learn takedowns, positioning, and submissions.  Multiple days of Submission westling/Grappling are available. We also have open mat time so students can practice techniques and positioning to become the best they can be. This is a no-gi class.

BootCamp

Free to Spartan Nation members, $10 drop in per class for all non-members. Circuit based training utilizing both free weights and body weight. All ages welcome (8+) Younger students will be evaluated based on their ability to listen and not be a distraction.
